wonderful hotel experience
clean roomcomfortable bedbreakfast buffetair conditioning
the room was clean the bed was comfortable. the breakfast buffet offered many options. the staff was polite and ready to assist with any questions. the wellness center was clean and well equipped with modern machines.
i had some issues with the air conditioning in my room it wasn't functioning properly and this impacted my sleep.

The breakfast buffet featured a diverse selection of items including fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes. I found several appealing choices. coffee and juice options were readily available, which complemented the morning meal. the restaurant setting offered ample seating and a relaxed atmosphere.

the hotel is near a metro station and a tram stop making it easy to travel around the city. several restaurants and cafes are located within walking distance of the hotel. i had no problems accessing key sites.

my classic room featured a spacious layout and included a writing desk. the bed was firm and new which promoted restful sleep. the bathroom provided a rainfall shower with plenty of towels.

The Italian restaurant connected to the hotel was very nice. (I especially enjoyed the pasta.) The room was quiet. This helped me rest well after long days.
The pre-authorization process at check-in was incorrect. I ended up paying for extra rooms initially. The staff member was unhelpful when I tried to resolve the overpayment.
